Reporting to the Delivery Operations Manager, Dubai & Sharjah, the Project Manager based in Dubai is accountable for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of the assigned project(s). He/she plans, directs, and coordinates the project activities to ensure project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools. His/her primary objectives are customer satisfaction and KONE profitability.

• Accountable for project scope, schedule, and budget, delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives
• Ensure KONE business success and customer satisfaction with professional stakeholder management
• Accountable for proactively managing customer communication throughout the project
• Ensure integrated project planning with customers and KONE full-chain teams
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan
• Ensure continuous full-chain project monitoring and control
• Responsible for successful project start-up, project reviews, project reporting, and facilitating project governance
• Ensure that project status and progress are effectively communicated to KONE management and the customer
• Responsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning, and potential recovery actions
• Accountable for the project's financial planning and forecasting, cash flow management, and revenue management
• Responsible for actively driving Sales-to-Operations handover quality, accountable for handovers to Customers and Maintenance, as well as project closing activities
• Maintain master action log and lessons learned document. Ensures sufficient project resourcing and competencies
• Manages and leads the full-chain project team
• Creates and maintains safety and security awareness among project employees and subcontractors. Ensures the following KONE and Customer safety and security policies

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within the elevator industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent English & Arabic communication skills, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion
• Understanding of the financial aspects of managing projects and product initiatives
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable
• Proven experience in high-rise project management within the elevator industry is essential.
