Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Defines the project scope, sets schedules, and allocates resources.
• Oversees the project from conception to completion to ensure it is delivered on time and within budget.
• Provides direction and manages the day-to-day activities of the project team.
• Coordinates and communicates with stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.
• Ensures quality deliverables and compliance with QA/QC procedures.
• Minimizes exposure and risk on the project.
• Ensures project documents are complete and stored appropriately.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, and construction staff.
• Monitors compliance with building codes and regulations.
