We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in El-Ain. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in project management and be available to start immediately.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from concept to completion. This includes managing both the technical and operational aspects of multiple projects, delegating tasks to team members, and making sure that all stakeholders are satisfied with the results. The Project Manager will also take an active role in troubleshooting project issues along the way.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with project management software such as JIRA or Trello is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or related field is preferred

• Develop project plans for successful completion of all assigned projects within established deadlines
• Monitor progress on all assigned projects throughout their lifecycles; identify potential risks and develop contingency plans accordingly
• Coordinate resources needed for each project’s success; assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Establish effective communication channels between internal teams, clients, and vendors as necessary
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on all projects; discuss any issues that arise during the course of each project’s execution
