A leading media company in Dubai is seeking a Senior Event Operations Executive to manage and execute event operations from planning to post-event. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in event operations with strong leadership, vendor management, and budget negotiation skills. Responsibilities include overseeing logistics, maintaining compliance with regulations, and coordinating across teams. The role demands flexibility with working hours during events.
The Senior Event Operations Executive will lead and manage the operational delivery of events ensuring seamless execution from planning through to post-event closure. This role requires strong leadership, vendor management expertise and the ability to handle complex large‑scale events with minimal supervision.
Motivate Media Group is the region’s leading multi‑platform content producer with a diverse portfolio of media interests comprising magazines, digital, social, video, exhibitions & events, cinema, OOH and books.
