Job summary
A luxury yacht company in Dubai is seeking a professional Yacht Stewardess to deliver exceptional guest service onboard. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, maintaining interior cleanliness, serving meals, and assisting with special arrangements. The ideal candidate should hold a valid STCW certification, have previous hospitality experience, and be physically fit for a marine environment. This position offers a competitive salary of AED 6,000 per month.
Qualifications
- Valid STCW certification is mandatory.
- Previous yachting or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Physically fit to work in a marine environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests onboard and assist with boarding.
- Provide personalized service to guests throughout their trip.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest cabins and common areas.
- Serve food and beverages during meals and events.
- Assist with special guest arrangements as needed.

Education
We are looking for a friendly and professional Yacht Stewardess to provide excellent guest service onboard a luxury yacht. The role involves taking care of guests, maintaining cleanliness of interior areas, serving food and beverages, and supporting daily yacht operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Welcome guests onboard and assist with boarding and luggage
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests throughout their trip
- Serve food and beverages during meals, events, and trips
- Maintain guest cabins, bathrooms, and common interior areas in a clean and well-organized condition
- Change linens and towels and ensure cabins are well-stocked with toiletries
- Handle guest requests politely and efficiently
- Assist with special guest arrangements such as dining preferences, activities, or excursions
- Set up and clear dining areas according to high service standards
- Clean and maintain saloons, dining areas, lounges, and crew interior spaces
- Wash, iron, and organize guest laundry and crew uniforms
- Monitor inventory of linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Assist with water activities and shore excursions in coordination with deck crew
- Support other crew members (chef, deckhands, engineers) as required
- Participate in crew meetings, training, and safety drills
- Ensure safety equipment is clean, accessible, and properly maintained
- Valid STCW certification (mandatory)
- Relevant Yacht Stewardess certifications
- Previous yachting or hospitality experience preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and able to work in a marine environment
Salary: AED 6,000 per month
