• Category Management: Lead the juvenile product category across major e-commerce platforms in UAE & KSA. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and enhance the product range.
• Sales Growth: Manage and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including promotions, seasonal offers, and special deals. Monitor performance metrics and optimize for better sales outcomes.
• Product Listing & Optimization: Oversee product listings, ensuring they are optimized for visibility and conversion (including pricing, descriptions, images, and keywords).
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, maintain optimal stock levels, and manage timely fulfilment.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, conversion rates, margins and projections. Adjust strategies based on performance insights to maximize growth.

• Experience: 2+ years in category management or e-commerce, with a focus on juvenile, baby.
• E-commerce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of online platforms operations, including optimization techniques for listings order management and sales strategies on major platforms in the UAE & KSA.
• Sales & Growth Focus: Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets through effective category management and promotional strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse performance data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Vendor Management: Skilled at negotiating with vendors and managing relationships to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
