Job summary
A leading technology and engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer. The role involves sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management across technical projects. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of experience in procurement, and strong negotiation skills. This position is open to UAE Nationals only. The firm offers accelerated learning with mentorship.
Qualifications
- UAE National (UAEN) with a Family Book / UAE Passport.
- 1–3 years experience in procurement or supply chain, including internships.
- Strong communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end purchasing cycles in the ERP system.
- Prepare RFQs / RFPs, analyze bids, and recommend awards.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and warranties with suppliers.
- Maintain approved vendor lists and track performance KPIs.
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve quality issues.
