Job summary
A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement process. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in construction procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage high-value contracts effectively. Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- 610 years of experience in procurement within real estate or construction is required.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendors, and market pricing is necessary.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and tender management.
