You will work closely with hiring managers, build relationships with candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal team and client companies to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company platforms.
  • Source candidates from various channels—online databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client decision-makers.
  • Maintain candidate and client pipeline databases with accurate records.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with employment policies and regulations in the UAE.
  • Support end-to-end hiring including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Required Qualifications
