JOB PURPOSE
The Human Resources Director is responsible for providing specialist consultation to the company’s management team on strategic staffing plans, training initiatives, development schemes, and remuneration packages. You will be working to create a vision and execute a people strategy that brings competitive advantage to the regional organisation you support. You will be expected to manage personnel, ensuring the human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to the overall business objectives.
