- 3–4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior fit-out industry.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

- Familiarity with UAE health & safety regulations and construction standards is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site interior fit-out activities, including joinery and MEP coordination.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to maintain timelines.
- Conduct quality inspections and address finishing defects.
- Maintain accurate site documentation.

- Conduct quality inspections and address finishing defects before handover.
- Maintain accurate site documentation—daily logs, progress updates, and material records.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior fit-out industry.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with UAE health & safety regulations and construction standards is a plus.
