Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented React + Figma Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of front-end development using React.js and the ability to translate design concepts into high-quality code. You should also be proficient in Figma to either collaborate with designers or directly create UI/UX prototypes.

• Convert Figma designs into responsive and high-performance React components.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver intuitive user interfaces.
• Maintain and improve existing front-end architecture and design systems.
• Ensure consistent design implementation and pixel-perfect UIs.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

• Experience working with Figma, including interpreting components, styles, and layout constraints.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with component libraries (e.g., Material UI, TailwindCSS).
• Basic UX/UI design knowledge or experience building prototypes in Figma.
• Exposure to accessibility and performance optimization.
