Reach Group is hiring an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and modernization of enterprise-grade network infrastructures. This role is crucial for delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-integrated networking solutions across hybrid environments.

Detailed Job Description

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will architect and deploy SD-WAN solutions, strengthen enterprise network security, and lead modernization and infrastructure refresh initiatives. You will provide L3 operational support, ensuring high availability, strong performance, and seamless connectivity across on-prem and cloud networks. This position involves hands-on design work (HLD/LLD), advanced troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional IT and cloud teams. You will play a key role in shaping hybrid network strategies involving Azure and Oracle Cloud, while maintaining strong governance and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy SD-WAN solutions (Fortinet, Versa, Velocloud, Aruba)
• Manage network security including NGFW, VPN, and UTM solutions
• Lead network modernization and infrastructure refresh projects
• Provide Level 3 support and advanced troubleshooting for complex issues
• Design hybrid cloud networking across Azure and Oracle Cloud environments
• Develop and maintain HLDs, LLDs, SOPs, and detailed network documentation
• Optimize routing, switching, segmentation, and overall network performance

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering
• Strong hands-on knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, and VRF
• Proven experience with SD-WAN platforms and enterprise security solutions
• Ability to design and deploy highly available, scalable network architectures
• Solid understanding of hybrid and cloud network integrations
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Azure and Oracle Cloud networking
• Exposure to network automation (Python, Ansible, APIs)
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and modern segmentation models
• Experience with NAC, wireless solutions, or SASE platforms
• Relevant certifications (CCNP/CCIE, NSE, PCNSE, SD-WAN specialist)
