• Lead project planning and implementation from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate activities of project teams and vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and financial summaries.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Resolve conflicts within teams or with stakeholders promptly.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Mentor less experienced project managers on best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a senior role.
• Proven success in managing projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with various project management methodologies and tools.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions swiftly.
