Responsibilities

• Supports the Project Manager as the Company representative with the client and subcontractors.
• Monitors contractor performance relating to schedule and specifications.
• Supports Project Manager in overseeing the Project Plan and Quality Control Plan.
• Oversee time and cost budgets with project management team direction.
• Demonstrates capability in project controls and monitoring project performance.
• Communicates project performance results with the project management team.
• Manages changes in project processes to improve operational methods.
• Plans and coordinates resources for each job to deliver on time and budget.
