• 7-10 years project engineering experience in HVAC/ESCO/Industrial Refrigeration systems.
• Recent leadership experience in the GCC region.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to produce high quality professional documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage project management team and oversee engineering tasks.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports.
• Engage in formal and informal client communication.
• Prepare technical submittals and design drawings.
• Ensure compliance with project quality plans.
• Develop and train allocated staff.
• Ensure adherence to QHSE policies.
