This role will oversee the full ERP lifecycle from strategy and governance to implementation, training, optimization, and cross-department coordination.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Odoo, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to work closely with leadership teams across different countries.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Odoo Implementation
  
  
  
  • Lead requirement gathering, functional design, and process mapping.
  
  
  • Configure Odoo modules: Accounting, HR, Payroll, Purchasing, Inventory, Projects, Maintenance, Real Estate, CRM, and Sales.
  
  
  • Manage system integrations and legacy data migration.
  
  
  
  


• Project Management
  
  
  
  • Create and manage detailed implementation plans for each business unit.
  
  
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption.
  
  
  • Coordinate with external Odoo partners and technical teams.
