Job summary
A leading creative agency in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Digital & Event Project Manager. You will lead high-impact digital and creative projects for international beauty and lifestyle brands, ensuring exceptional quality and innovative results. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in project management, strong leadership skills, and passion for the luxury industry. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of French is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in event, digital, or communication project management.
- Proven experience in creative project delivery and client relationship management.
- Fluent English required; French is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale digital, creative, and experiential projects from conception to completion.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and client relationships with excellence and strategic oversight.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery.
Skills
As a Senior Digital & Event Project Manager, attached to the Client Services department, you will play a key role in leading and delivering high-impact creative and digital projects for international beauty and lifestyle brands.
You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from creative concept and production to client management and final delivery, acting as a strategic bridge between the creative, production, and client teams.
Your mission will be to ensure exceptional quality, seamless execution, and innovative results that reflect the agency's premium standards.
- Lead large-scale digital, creative, and experiential projects from conception to completion.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and client relationships with excellence and strategic oversight.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery.
- Anticipate risks and provide proactive, solution‑oriented leadership.
- Guarantee that all deliverables meet the highest standards of creativity, innovation, and brand alignment.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in event, digital, or communication project management, ideally within the beauty, lifestyle, or sports sectors.
- Proven experience in creative project delivery and client relationship management.
- Fluent English required; French is a strong asset.
- Solid financial management skills with P&L responsibility.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and emerging technologies in the beauty / luxury industry.
- Strong leadership, adaptability, and interpersonal skills with a refined aesthetic sensibility.
