About the Role

Dynamic Heliports is seeking an experienced Aviation Projects Manager to lead the planning and execution of aviation infrastructure projects across the UAE and GCC. This role is ideal for a capable, detail-oriented professional who thrives on turning technical concepts into successful project outcomes.

The Aviation Projects Manager will oversee the delivery of heliports, vertiports, drone hubs, and other advanced aviation infrastructure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with industry and regulatory standards. The position also involves supply-only projects, where Dynamic serves as a procurement and logistics partner for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all aviation-related projects, from design through handover.
• Manage manpower allocation, site coordination, and documentation in line with company SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with GCAA/DCAA/ICAO standards, NFPA 418 fire-safety requirements, European Norms (EN standards), quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
• Act as the operational liaison between clients, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee procurement and logistics for supply-only projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Coach and mentor project engineers and site teams to strengthen execution capability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce project errors and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Aviation Engineering preferred, or equivalent technical background.
• Significant hands‑on experience in aviation or infrastructure project management may substitute for formal education.
• 5+ years’ experience managing aviation, infrastructure, or construction projects involving technical coordination and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of UAE aviation and safety regulations (GCAA, DCAA, ICAO, and relevant fire‑safety and engineering standards such as NFPA 418 and European Norms (EN standards)) is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard project management tools.
