The role
Key responsibilities
- Project Planning and Management : Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Gather and analyze requirements, expectations, and feedback to inform project planning. Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and provide regular updates. Foster strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration : Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, engineers, and designers. Provide guidance and support to ensure understanding of objectives. Promote effective communication, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving. Coordinate activities to ensure alignment.
- Risk and Issue Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address issues proactively, seeking resolutions and escalating when necessary. Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure quality and integrity of deliverables. Establish standards and conduct regular checks to verify functionality, performance, and user experience. Collaborate with QA teams for improvements.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, technical specs, and progress reports. Communicate updates and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
