Job description

The role is responsible for preparing and compiling tender documents in preparation for the announcement of projects to consultants and contractors. This includes reviewing construction materials and project schedules and approving them in coordination with the direct supervisor.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with the direct supervisor in preparing and compiling tender documents prior to issuing projects to consultants and contractors.
  2. Follow up with consultants on the design works of construction projects and attend design coordination meetings.
  3. Review and approve construction materials and project schedules in coordination with the direct supervisor.
  4. Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and ensure works are completed as per the approved schedule and specifications.
  5. Review financial payment certificates related to the Foundation’s projects, compare them with the approved Bill of quantities and actual work executed on site, and coordinate with the direct supervisor in preparing payment requests.
  6. Follow up on maintenance requests in accordance with the direct supervisor’s instructions.
  7. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government entities to complete all administrative and technical requirements related to assigned projects.
  8. Conduct periodic follow-ups on maintenance work for properties managed by the foundation, implement field inspection programs, identify maintenance requirements, and submit recommendations accordingly.
  9. Participate in preparing maintenance cost studies for properties owned by the foundation.
  10. Participate in the preparation of project budgets.
