A leading global law firm is seeking a professional to lead strategic talent and development projects driving alignment with business goals. The role involves optimizing HR processes, managing collaboration across regions, and leveraging analytics for improvement. Ideal candidates should have extensive knowledge of Workday and experience in managing complex HR projects. You will lead strategic projects which will aim to transform and implement the firm's talent and performance strategy ensuring that performance management processes feedback mechanisms and career development frameworks are aligned to and delivering the firm's business goals and promote a high-performance culture.
You will report to the Global Director of Talent and Development and you will work closely with your direct reports including Senior Talent Manager Head of Learning & Development and all team members centrally and regionally. You will also work with the wider HR function.
