A leading retail company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Merchandiser Supervisor to oversee the merchandising team, develop strategies, and analyze market trends. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, strong leadership skills, and experience in retail management. This full-time role offers a salary of 1000$ per month, with visa sponsorship available.

Merchandiser Supervisor
As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising team and ensuring that all products are properly displayed and promoted in retail stores. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies, monitor inventory levels, and maintain relationships with vendors. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for product placement. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train merchandising team members
- Develop merchandising plans in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
