As a Senior Designer, you’ll lead creative output for the MENASA region, ensuring high-quality design across multiple touchpoints. You will collaborate across global and regional marketing teams to create campaign assets, digital content, motion graphics, merchandise, and more — helping shape the brand’s visual identity in one of its most strategic regions.
- Produce compelling, brand-aligned creative across digital, social, OOH, event materials, merchandise, and campaigns.
- Act as the primary creative point of contact (POC) for the MENASA region, aligning local campaigns with global standards.
- Collaborate closely with global design leads, project managers, copywriters, and local marketing teams.
- Contribute to concept creation, campaign ideation, and execution.
- Lead and inspire junior designers; help onboard and mentor new team members.
- Ensure brand consistency across all MENASA creative executions.
- Drive innovation and elevate creative processes.
- Deliver work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Provide feedback on design performance and iterate for better engagement and outcomes.
- Work with third-party agencies and freelancers to meet project demands.
- 6–8+ years of design experience in a fast-paced in-house or agency setting (crypto, fashion, lifestyle, or sports preferred).
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating campaign and content work across digital and physical mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential.
- Experience with motion graphics, 3D tools, or generative AI tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of design workflows, production processes, and asset delivery pipelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, strategy, and product teams.
- Comfortable managing and delivering high volumes of creative on short deadlines.
- Familiarity with task management tools like Asana, Excel, and Google Docs.
