Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Finance Associate at The Green Planet. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Demonstrate a sound understanding of Cash room function and its policies and procedures
• Avoid the potential for theft and inaccurate record keeping through continued vigilance and proactive behavior
• Perform daily cash counts as per the cash control room policy (Safe, BCRM)
• Performance of adhoc tasks as assigned by Finance team
• Perform outlet cash spot checks and filling all the cash room daily / monthly documents in the archive room
• Preparing the petty cash, as per the required denominations, before gate operation for distribution to all cashiers as float money.
• Ensure each revenue lines cash sales is deposited separately in bulk cash machine.
• Maintain up to date cash count with currency break down for Internal / external audit verification and year end physical count.
• Assist in daily and weekly reporting along with submission of refund details to the finance team
• Tracking daily sales report
• Preparing and sending Daily Sales Report for the business

About you:

• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality/discretion
• Bachelor in Finance/ Business Adminstration.
• · Process-oriented, with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• · Advance user Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (Pivot Tables), PowerPoint and Outlook
• · Problem solving and Judgement skills · Ability to speak and write in Arabic will be an advantage
• · Hand on experience in different POS system (such as Opera, Omnico, VGS, etc.).
