Are you passionate about securing meetings with key decisionmakers presenting innovative platforms and devising impactful marketing strategies to propel brands toward their business goals

If so we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are actively seeking an exceptional Business Development Director to fortify and expand our Business Development (BD) department.

The BD department engages with brands and agencies across the MENA region with a primary focus on delivering spectacular influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development:
    • Research identify and generate new leads within targeted accounts.
    • Compile information about target companies and identify key stakeholders.
    • Arrange and conduct pitch meetings and calls with clients maintaining active engagement through creative followup communications.
    • Upsell and crosssell to existing clients.
    • Onboard new clients.
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure delivery of monthly and quarterly sales margin and invoicing targets.
    • Prepare campaign proposals.
  • Campaign Development:
    • Collaborate with the inhouse creative team to formulate creative ideas and strategies for influencer marketing proposals.
    • Gather campaign briefs from clients.
    • Engage in creative copywriting.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Stay updated on social media and digital technology trends utilizing insights to enhance proposals.
    • Enhance sales materials including sales decks whitepapers surveys etc.
Qualifications
  • 712 years of professional working experience.
  • Fluency in English (Native/Professional).
  • A strong network of Marketing professionals on both the client and agency side in the MENA region.
  • Existing CRM knowledge (Pipedrive ideally but any other CRM like Salesforce or Hubspot is also fine).
  • Excellent organizational skills work ethics communication skills and empathy.
  • Patience and persistence.
  • Nice to have: experience in working with companies from B2B sectors (media/advertising agencies startups) or B2C influencers.
