Responsibilities

• Support developing and implementing digital marketing strategies encompassing online user activities, promotions and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, providing support in devising and setting up campaigns.
• Analyze data results to generate insights for campaign enhancement and performance optimization.
• Undertake quality assurance (QA) responsibilities for all active campaigns, monitoring and ensuring adherence to established guidelines, industry best practices and organization standards.
• Engage in active cooperation with various teams across the company to continuously improve user experience by identifying and addressing points of friction.
• Introduce solutions to provide a seamless journey for our customers.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate / graduate student or fresh graduate in Business majors.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Passion and deep understanding of crypto and blockchain industries.
• Preferably relevant experience in digital marketing (strategy and/or lifecycle).
• Preferably prior experience in implementing marketing automation and/or CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or similar systems.
