3. Prepares annual marketing budgets for review and approval by the Chief Property Officer.
4. Evaluates the impact of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends. Oversees branding and communication for existing and future developments.
5. Conducts market research to identify business opportunities for upcoming projects.
6. Reviews branding, advertising, and marketing campaigns prepared by the Branding and Communication Officer.
7. Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and exhibitions in collaboration with developers, contractors, and advertising agencies to market company projects.
8. Manages all sales activities, including pre-sales and sales of development projects to existing and target clients.
9. Analyzes sales and marketing activities monthly and recommends corrective actions.
10. Oversees customer relationship activities, ensuring proper resolution of complaints regarding sales and services.
11. Coordinates all sales-related activities, including pre-leasing and leasing of real estate projects.
12. Liaises with company divisions to plan promotional and advertising campaigns based on customer trends.
13. Manages the Sales and Marketing team, assigns tasks, and nominates employees for training.
14. Performs any other relevant tasks as directed by the Chief Property Officer.
