Position: Plant Manager (permanent). We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our ashplant laying and manufacturing operations in Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant management, with a proven track record of successfully managing production processes and leading a team to achieve company goals.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the ashplant laying and manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and identify areas for cost savings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the plant.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in plant management, preferably in the Asphalt industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Proven experience in optimizing production processes and reducing costs.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Fujairah, UAE.
