Position Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all store operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience, drive sales performance, uphold brand standards, and maintain effective team management. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of luxury clientele expectations, and the ability to represent the brand’s values and image.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze business reports to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute action plans to maximize store profitability and conversion.
- Ensure effective clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and increase repeat business.
Client Experience & Brand Representation
- Ensure the highest standards of luxury service are consistently delivered.
- Handle VIP and private client appointments when required.
- Maintain an elevated store environment aligned with visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a client-first mindset.
Team Leadership & People Development
- Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Schedule staff to ensure optimal floor coverage and service levels.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and brand passion.
Store Operations & Compliance
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and loss prevention standards.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and store reporting.
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure the store presentation is in line with brand VM guidelines.
- Coordinate seasonal floor changes and product launches with the VM team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in luxury retail, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of luxury fashion, market trends, and premium customer expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales results and manage KPIs.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
