ZUHAIR MURAD is currently seeking a highly motivated Boutique Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Dubai Boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining brand standards.

Job Title: Boutique Manager

Term: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Dubai Mall, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities
  • Lead boutique sales activities, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to clients.
  • Build and maintain a high-value client database for ongoing engagement and marketing.
  • Schedule and conduct client appointments, including fittings and collection previews.
  • Ensure accurate Sales Order booking and Sale invoices.
  • Oversee merchandise reception, ensuring alignment with purchase orders in the system, manage inventory control, and handle seasonal product ordering and replenishment.
  • Manage boutique email communications and respond to client inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor and report on daily sales, client visits, and conversion rates
  • Supervise and mentor boutique staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Prepare and manage employee schedules and shift rotations.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and monitor performance.
  • Support staff development through coaching and training
  • Submit regular reports on boutique performance, client feedback, and operational needs.
  • Coordinate with headquarter on product availability, marketing initiatives, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Oversee boutique maintenance and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • Follow up on local and international deliveries to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • University or Technical certificate required.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in luxury retail or boutique management.
