Coco Curls is a fast-growing, digital-first beauty brand built on community, inclusivity, and conscious beauty. Since launching in 2020, we’ve become Pakistan’s fastest-growing haircare company, with cult-favorite products loved across the region. We are now entering our next phase: international expansion, category growth, and operational scale.

We’re seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team and lead our operational efforts. You will oversee daily operations across supply chain, sourcing, logistics, finance, HR, and international setup. This is a unique opportunity to build, scale, and optimize the infrastructure behind a high-growth consumer brand — from warehouse to boardroom.

You will work closely with the founders to translate vision into action and support our expansion into new markets, categories, and channels.

• Oversee core operations including sourcing, production, warehousing, logistics, finance, and HR
• Build and lead high-performing teams with a focus on culture, accountability, and agility
• Design and implement scalable systems and processes for rapid growth
• Lead the setup of the UAE entity, including legal, regulatory, financial, and operational foundations
• Manage supplier and manufacturing relationships across multiple regions
• Ensure operational excellence in inventory, demand forecasting, quality, and cost management
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and resource allocation in partnership with finance
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams for seamless execution
• Create dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and improve continuously
• Champion sustainability and ethical practices across the supply chain
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and shape the company’s long-term vision

• 10+ years in operations, supply chain, or business leadership, preferably in beauty, personal care, or consumer goods
• Experience scaling startups or high-growth brands, especially with international operations
• Strong leadership, team-building, and management skills
• Operational expertise with a solutions-oriented approach
• Experience managing complex supply chains and logistics
• Financial literacy in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Knowledge of ethical sourcing, ESG, and sustainability in consumer goods
• Experience with setting up new entities or regional operations, especially in the GCC
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, with travel flexibility
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred
