We’re looking for Material Planner who will be responsible for managing the supply chain of materials to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Working closely with procurement and logistics, the successful applicant will adjust system demands whilst managing stakeholder expectations. Through continuous improvement the role will also support supply chain optimization.

What you’ll do
  • Manage material demands from Purchase, Work and Manufacturing Orders.
  • Monitor and adjust order fulfilment dates and communicate with stakeholders highlighting any impact.
  • Collaborate within internal stakeholders on supply chain optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain data integrity within supply chain system and processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and a proactive approach to supporting team and business objectives.
You’ll have the following skills and experience
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to liaise, develop and maintain relationships with people at all levels within an organisation.
  • Well organized and can meet deadlines, perform under pressure in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, inventory management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in lead time management and demand planning or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and other applications essential for data analysis, documentation and collaboration.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with the Infor Cloud Suite ERP system is considered an added advantage.
