As a Warehouse Operator-Senior Specialist, you will be responsible to perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency in the Warehouse and Logistics operations. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Always adheres to HSE/Quality regulations, taking personal responsibility to report any faults to the HSE/Quality leaders and/or Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving of shipment (including unloading, unboxing & review of documents)
  • Checking parts/incoming shipments for both Masonelian Control & Consolidated Safety Relief Valves in the warehouse.
  • Physical inspection of received items vs packing list and shipped documents (3 way match etc)
  • Inspect parts for signs of damage
  • Perform system related transactions such as receipt and GRN generation, Bin creation, Item query etc
  • Material/Part Number substitution
  • NCR initiation on wrong parts received
  • Material Put away
  • Packing, providing support to boxing of orders
  • Picking and filling orders from stock for BOMs or Shipping picklists
  • Ensuring packed and boxed items match packing list
  • Material handling in the warehouse for receiving, kitting and shipping
  • Provide information required for Shipping documentation
  • Communicate timely updates to operations head and planner to ensure on-time and successful completion of assigned responsibilities.
  • Management of materials in stores related to customer complaints (FIRT/CCM…etc)
  • Must be willing to work extra hours and weekends as required to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Checking ready orders for processing for Outbound Shipment for both Masonelian Control Valves & Consolidated Safety Relief Valves. (Local/Export) and endorses to warehouse & shop-floor team.
  • Obtaining and generating all related shipping documents, that needs to be shared to the customers prior to shipping.
  • Coordinating with customers to initiate the collection of the shipment.
  • Coordinate & support Planning Team & Customer Care Team on the Orders to be processed for shipment, by checking the stocks available, and as per customer requirement.
  • Coordinating with other appointed freight agents and freight forwarders (local and international), to ensure that the shipment & documents complies as per the customer & government shipping policies and requirements.

Qualifications
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10-13 years of experience in a Warehouse and Logistics capacity and at least 9 years of experience in the Industrial Valve Business (Masonelian Control Valves & Consolidated Safety Relief Valves) Manufacturing.
  • At least 1 additional year of experience in utilizing planning systems
  • Have good experience in working on SAP
  • Be able to speak fluently in English on professional issues
  • Demonstrate effective organizational and time management skills
  • Be able to work independently and have good problem-solving skills
  • Have a valid UAE residency.
