We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive engineering excellence, lead a talented team and contribute to the innovation of Interiors product offerings.

In this role youll be responsible for mentoring and growing your team, optimizing workflows and driving improvements in process quality and efficiency. Youll engage in complex design and certification product modification projects and provide engineering support for operations at our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul facility. What Youll Do

• Develop, lead and execute engineering processes to support engineering projects and program milestones.
• Monitor project plans, schedules and deliverables ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage resource allocation, set priorities and provide technical guidance for engineering deliverables.
• Oversee technical report writing and documentation to support service documentation approvals.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with stakeholders, acting as the primary escalation contact.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance in engineering efforts.
• Coordinate proposals, business plans and financial elements related to project execution.
• Interact with engineering teams across the globe.
• Support fielded product designs including quality improvements, cost reduction, component obsolescence and failure analysis.

What Youll Learn

Qualifications you must have
