What We Expect From You

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong background in AI technology and enterprise sales, ideally within the Middle Eastern and Dubai market. The ideal candidate will thrive in the following areas:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies specifically tailored for the Dubai and Middle Eastern market, with a focus on AI-driven solutions. Craft long-term account plans and growth strategies that leverage our advanced Conversational AI platform.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise accounts in Dubai and the broader Middle East region, particularly in AI and technology sectors.
• Sales Execution: Lead the sales process for complex AI-powered solutions in Dubai, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals, while managing negotiations and contracts effectively.
• Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring maximum value realization from our AI solutions.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about AI trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape in Dubai and the Middle East. Use this insight to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities within the AI space.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure a seamless approach to enterprise AI sales in the region.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Sales Expertise: 5-8 years in enterprise sales, preferably with experience in selling AI solutions or technology products in the Middle East or Dubai, including complex negotiations and long sales cycles.
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the AI space, focusing on large enterprises and cutting-edge technologies in the Dubai market.
• Relationship Management: Expertise in building relationships with high-level executives, particularly in AI and tech industries within the Dubai and Middle Eastern markets.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present AI-driven solutions and negotiate deals effectively in the Dubai region.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and account performance to make informed decisions and adjust strategies specific to the Dubai and Middle East markets.
