Job summary
A well-established VVIP Operator in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Avionics Systems Engineer. The role involves conducting safety analyses, managing technical improvements, and providing AOG support. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with Engine and Power Plant systems. Responsibilities
- Conduct safety, reliability, and cost analyses for assigned aircraft systems.
- Identify improvements to enhance system performance and fleet reliability.
- Perform reliability monitoring and trend analysis to address potential issues.
- Review and prioritize deferred defects for timely resolution.
- Manage ETOPS Manual revisions and CMP compliance updates.
- Evaluate technical publications and provide recommendations.
- Propose and manage retrofit programs for aircraft compliance.
- Investigate and resolve technical problems with maintenance teams.
- Provide troubleshooting and AOG technical support.

Zenon are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a very well-established VVIP Operator based in the Middle East for Avionics Systems Engineers on a permanent basis.
- Conduct safety, reliability, and cost analyses for assigned aircraft systems and components to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Identify, evaluate, and initiate product improvements to enhance system performance and fleet reliability.
- Perform reliability monitoring and trend analysis to detect and address potential issues proactively.
- Review and prioritize deferred defects, ensuring timely resolution to minimize operational impact.
- Manage ETOPS Manual revisions and CMP (Configuration Maintenance Procedures) compliance updates.
- Evaluate technical publications (AARs, SBs, SLs, etc.) and provide recommendations for incorporation based on technical and operational assessments.
- Propose and manage retrofit and modification programs to improve aircraft reliability and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve technical problems, coordinating with maintenance teams and supporting line or base layovers.
- Provide troubleshooting and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) technical support to restore aircraft to service safely and efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Engine and Power Plant as a systems or support engineer
