Zenon are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a very well-established VVIP Operator based in the Middle East for Avionics Systems Engineers on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct safety, reliability, and cost analyses for assigned aircraft systems and components to ensure optimal operational performance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and initiate product improvements to enhance system performance and fleet reliability.
  • Perform reliability monitoring and trend analysis to detect and address potential issues proactively.
  • Review and prioritize deferred defects, ensuring timely resolution to minimize operational impact.
  • Manage ETOPS Manual revisions and CMP (Configuration Maintenance Procedures) compliance updates.
  • Evaluate technical publications (AARs, SBs, SLs, etc.) and provide recommendations for incorporation based on technical and operational assessments.
  • Propose and manage retrofit and modification programs to improve aircraft reliability and compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve technical problems, coordinating with maintenance teams and supporting line or base layovers.
  • Provide troubleshooting and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) technical support to restore aircraft to service safely and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Engine and Power Plant as a systems or support engineer
