Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Create and manage maintenance schedules (preventive and reactive), prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
• Inspect maintenance work regularly to ensure it meets company standards and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and provide guidance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair issues across residential properties.
• Maintain detailed logs of maintenance tasks, parts usage, team performance, and service timelines.
• Identify skill gaps and support the training of junior technicians on standards, tools, and safety.
