The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience, technical certification, and a proven supervisory background in maintenance facilities. Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in maintenance or facilities operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong hands-on experience in HVAC, cold rooms, chillers, and freezers.
• Experience in managing multi-site operations such as dark stores or food warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise the PPM activities for all HVAC and cold room equipment.
• Lead and manage an in-house team of HVAC and refrigeration technicians.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense and Health & Safety requirements.
