Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Assistant to support logistics and supply chain operations within our healthcare facilities in Dubai. The role focuses on inventory control, medical supply coordination, documentation, and timely distribution to ensure uninterrupted hospital and clinical operations.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in healthcare logistics, medical supply chain, or hospital stores operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily logistics and supply chain operations for hospital and healthcare units
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and documentation
• Prepare delivery notes, purchase requests, GRNs, and internal transfer records
• Support timely distribution of supplies to wards, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies
• Monitor stock usage and report shortages or expiries
• Ensure compliance with healthcare safety, hygiene, and storage standards
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and internal departments
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant storage areas

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Assistant, Store Assistant, or Supply Chain Assistant
• Experience in hospital, clinic, pharmacy, or healthcare logistics preferred
• Knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP, or MS Excel
• Understanding of medical supplies handling and documentation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Healthcare Management
• Experience in UAE healthcare facilities or hospitals
