Job Summary

The International Logistics Coordinator is responsible for executing and coordinating end-to-end international logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery activities to ensure timely, compliant, and accurate fulfillment of awarded contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate international shipments, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
  • Manage export licenses, shipping documentation, and delivery schedules.
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve logistics delays.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records within ERP and tracking tools.
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers, Contract Management, and Finance.
  • Conduct inspection of received items, verify deliveries, and manage the handover process.
  • Strong working knowledge of logistics operations and international shipping.
  • Excellent follow-up skills to ensure tasks and processes are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant logistics experience, preferably in international or defense-related operations.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, customs procedures, and export documentation.
  • Experience in defense or regulated environments is an advantage.
  • Professional skills in using MS Office, especially Excel.
  • ERP and Excel-based tracking proficiency.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
