Salary: AED 7,000 – 8,000

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a legal company / law firm (Dubai experience required)

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured Administrator to join our team

This role is ideal for a professional with solid experience in legal firms or legal service providers in Dubai, particularly those involved in real estate documentation, compliance, and regulatory processes, who is comfortable working closely with developers, authorities, and internal departments.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation handling, smooth coordination with legal stakeholders, and compliance across property-related processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate between internal Legal, Sales, and Finance teams on property documentation and compliance matters.
  • Prepare, organize, review, and track legal and property-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain contract documentation data within internal systems and CRM platforms.
  • Follow up on documentation status, approvals, and registration progress, providing structured weekly updates to management.
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of legal and property documents (digital and physical).
  • Support compliance-related workflows and assist in liaising with authorities through legal counterparts.
  • Identify documentation gaps or inconsistencies and flag them proactively.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a legal company or law firm in Dubai (real estate–related experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation workflows, compliance processes, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with contracts, official correspondence, and structured document control.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management / CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • High professional ethics and a structured, process-driven mindset.
