Job summary
A Family Office in Dubai is searching for a motivated Legal Associate who will support legal operations. This fulltime position requires around 3 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in UAE matters. The ideal candidate will possess a law degree and show a strong understanding of corporate law, along with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in English and Russian is essential, while knowledge of Arabic is a plus. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth within an international environment.

Responsibilities
- Support with corporate registrations, license renewals and compliance matters in UAE free zones.
- Prepare and review corporate documents including resolutions, agreements and KYC packages.
- Handle immigration-related matters such as visa renewals and Emirates ID updates.
- Liaise with local service providers and government authorities.
- Assist in coordinating and following up on tax-related matters.
