A real estate company in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a broker with at least 2 years of experience in real estate. Responsibilities include building client relationships, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through transactions. The role offers a base salary starting at AED 5,000 plus commission, with additional benefits such as visa and medical insurance. Ideal candidates should possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Marketing support across the USA, Turkey, and the EU
High commission structure:
- Company-provided leads: 50% commission
- Own leads: Up to 80% commission
- End-of-year sales target bonus

Base salary starting from: AED 5,000 + commission

- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent follow-ups
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations professionally
- Adhere to company processes and compliance standards
- Regularly update property listings and client records
- Guide clients through the entire transaction process
- Collaborate with developers and stay up to date with market trends
- Minimum 2+ years of real estate experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- High level of discipline, consistency, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong English communication skills
- Turkish, Russian, or German is a plus
