Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent follow-ups
Conduct property viewings and negotiations professionally
Adhere to company processes and compliance standards
Regularly update property listings and client records
Guide clients through the entire transaction process
Collaborate with developers and stay up to date with market trends
Minimum 2 years of real estate experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional appearance and attitude
High level of discipline consistency and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong English communication skills (Turkish, Russian or German is a plus)
