Qualifications

• A Degree in Engineering sciences, Construction or related field.
• Previous experience in Real Estate is mandatory.
• Ability to converse in English at a professional working proficiency level.

Responsibilities

• Discuss and align space requirements with customers.
• Negotiate external rental contracts and support RE Regional Management.
• Evaluate and manage local EHS risks.
