Job summary

A leading investment firm in the UAE is seeking a professional to lead end-to-end solution design and enterprise integration across core business applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT with a focus on digital platforms, ensuring seamless integrations across ERP, CRM, HR, and other systems. The role emphasizes strategic thinking combined with technical depth, and candidates should possess a relevant educational background and proven experience in solution architecture.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in solution architecture or digital platform leadership roles.
  • Proven experience across two or more domains: data analytics, automation, and web development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead solution architecture and enterprise integration design across ERP, CRM, HR.
  • Oversee API-led integration, middleware solutions, and microservices architectures.
  • Define and enforce technical and functional standards for system interoperability.
  • Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals through cross-functional collaboration.
