About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Lead to join our Laundry team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals, and lead by example with compassion, honesty, and integrity.

Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across various departments.

Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended professionally and discreetly.

Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.

Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.

Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• A few years of luxury hospitality experience in a similar role is required
• BSc in Hospitality or relevant field from an accredited and renowned university or college
• Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate | Advanced)
• Technical and soft skills
• Additional language will be a big advantage
