About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for water treatment projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate cost tracking, effective procurement support, and compliance with company standards while coordinating closely with project teams to deliver projects within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for water treatment and related engineering projects.
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Support procurement, tendering, and contract administration activities.
  • Evaluate and document project variations, scope changes, and associated cost impacts.
  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution and accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry standards in all financial and documentation processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the water treatment, mechanical, or electrical industries.
  • Strong understanding of cost management principles, procurement processes, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in construction and project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent tools for non-civil works).
